QUALIFICATIONS :

Proven ability to manage technical teams in a high-pressure, 24/7 environment.
- Competency in translating organizational goals into daily operational schedules.

Deep understanding of water network dynamics, pressure management, and leak detection.

Working knowledge of how SCADA, GIS, and Asset Management systems interact.

Experience in leading incident response during large-scale utility disruptions.

Ability to interpret complex data sets to drive operational improvements.

Skill in coordinating between technical departments and regulatory bodies.

Must be Oman resident
EDUCATIONAL:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or Water Resource Management.
EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 7–10 years in water utility operations or a similar industrial process environment.

At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role specifically involving control room or SCADA-based operations
Job Purpose Under the Compliance & Smart Operations department, the Regional Control Center Manager oversees the 24/7 operations of the water infrastructure’s nerve center, ensuring seamless coordination between remote monitoring and field execution. This role is responsible for maintaining high system availability, optimizing water distribution efficiency, and leading a team of operators to meet stringent regulatory and safety standards.
