Overview: Provides senior analytical support on all aspects of administering the company's equity compensation plans, dividend reinvestment plan, and common stock purchase plan, as well as employee and executive common stock purchase plan.

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 years suggested minimum experience.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Evaluated in context of the standard size.

Responsibilities:

• Sets operational objectives and delivers results that have a direct or significant impact on achievement within the job area or a wider operational context.
• Often uses influence to convince internal stakeholders, where strong interest exists, to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches.
