Senior Consultant / Manager, Legal & Compliance

Job Description:
We are seeking a Contract Remediation & Compliance Specialist to support the review and remediation of contracts within KSA-regulated institutions. The role focuses on ensuring contractual compliance with regulatory requirements and governance standards

• Review and remediate contracts to ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements.
• Assess contracts against **Saudi Central Bank outsourcing rules and regulatory contractual provisions.
• Review and govern Data Processing Agreements in alignment with Personal Data Protection Law requirements.
• Support development of contract clause libraries, addenda, and remediation frameworks.
• Identify compliance gaps and recommend remediation actions.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and vendor management teams.
• • 8+ years of experience in contract compliance, legal operations, or regulatory remediation.
  • Experience reviewing outsourcing agreements and vendor contracts in regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of Saudi Central Bank outsourcing rules, Personal Data Protection Law, and National Cybersecurity Authority data governance requirements.
  • Experience in contract remediation programs or regulatory-driven contract reviews.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
