Regional Corporate Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and target driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and manage sales operations within the assigned region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing sales teams, expanding market presence, and ensuring the achievement of regional sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the region.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expansion areas.
  • Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are met.
  • Lead, train, and mentor Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
  • Set individual KPIs and monitor team performance.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and performance evaluations.
  • Build a high-performance sales culture within the region.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key investors, brokers, and corporate clients.
  • Oversee major deal negotiations and closures.
  • Ensure strong customer satisfaction and retention strategies.
  • Prepare regional sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Analyze sales data to optimize strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and senior management.

Requirements and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 5 to 8+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 to3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.

  • Competitive base salary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
