A leading digital media and content platform is looking for a Regional Creative Director to lead its creative vision across multiple markets. This role is ideal for someone who understands storytelling at scale, thrives in fast-paced digital environments, and can oversee everything from concept creation to final delivery with high creative standards.
What you will be handling:
- Building and leading the full creative strategy across campaigns, multimedia content, and brand storytelling.
- Managing a cross-functional creative team (design, video, copy, social).
- Developing fresh concepts that resonate with GCC audiences and global digital trends.
- Overseeing end-to-end production to ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Collaborating closely with marketing, partnerships, and product teams to drive engagement and growth.
- Reviewing analytics and audience insights to guide creative direction.
- Maintaining a strong creative culture and raising the bar for all visual and editorial output.
What we’re looking for:
- 7+ years of creative leadership experience within media, agencies, content creation, or digital brands.
- Proven record of leading high-performing creative teams.
- Strong understanding of GCC pop culture, social trends, and digital behaviour.
- Expert in creative direction, campaign building, video briefs, social storytelling, and brand identity.
- Confident decision-maker with the ability to work under tight timelines.
- Must be willing to relocate to Bahrain.
Preferred background:
- Experience in digital publishing, media agencies, lifestyle brands, or content studios.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative range across campaigns and platforms.
