A fast-growing digital media company is looking for a Regional Creative Director to lead its creative output across multiple GCC markets. The role requires someone who understands digital storytelling, can manage a creative team, and can deliver strong concepts that work across social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative direction for campaigns, social content, and brand storytelling.
- Manage and guide a team of designers, videographers, editors, and writers.
- Develop concepts that suit GCC audiences and modern digital trends.
- Oversee end-to-end content production, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Work closely with marketing, partnerships, and product teams to align creative direction.
- Use performance insights to improve content and campaign ideas.
- Maintain a high creative standard across all outputs.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in creative leadership within media, agencies, or content-driven brands.
- Strong understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and digital behaviour.
- Proven experience leading or supervising creative teams.
- Ability to make decisions quickly and work under tight timelines.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating range across campaigns, video briefs, and social content.
- Must be willing to relocate to Bahrain.
