Role: We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Regional Director – Delivery & Accounts to lead and scale Clarion’s operations in the region. This is a senior role responsible for driving Revenue, Profitability, Delivery Excellence and Customer Growth across Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate brings a balanced blend of business acumen, delivery expertise, and leadership finesse – capable of managing mid-large accounts, collaborating with cross-functional global teams, and shaping Clarion’s strategic roadmap in Saudi Arabia.

What You'll Be Doing (i.e., Job Responsibilities)


Business & Growth Leadership:

  • Drive revenue and profitability for Clarion’s Saudi operations.
  • Develop and execute country-level business strategies aligned with Clarion’s global vision.
  • Collaborate with the global Sales and Leadership teams to acquire new customers and grow existing ones.
  • Identify emerging opportunities in the custom software development space and contribute to the go-to-market strategy.


Delivery Excellence:


  • Oversee end-to-end delivery for all customer engagements in Saudi Arabia.
  • Ensure on-time, within-budget delivery with high quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement governance models, delivery frameworks, and KPIs to maintain service excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with Technology, HR, and other cross-functional teams in India for optimal resource planning and execution.

Account Management & Customer Success:

  • Manage strategic customer relationships at the CxO level.
  • Identify account mining opportunities to increase wallet share and strengthen customer partnerships.
  • Ensure continuous alignment of delivery outcomes with client business goals.
  • Serve as the escalation point for key accounts, ensuring proactive issue resolution and client retention.

Presales & Strategic Collaboration:

  • Support the presales and sales process through solutioning, proposal creation, and presentations.
  • Partner with global sales teams to co-create winning proposals for new business.
  • Represent Clarion in key customer meetings, conferences, and local industry events.


Leadership & Culture:

  • Build and lead a high-performing, customer-focused local team.
  • Foster Clarion’s culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with local business, legal, and operational norms.


What We Look For In You (i.e., Job Requirements)

  • 15+ years of experience in IT services, with a proven track record in Delivery, Account Management, and Business Leadership.
  • Strong experience working in Saudi / Middle East markets.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L ownership and revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage CxO level customer relationships and drive account mining.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills across Sales, Delivery, and Presales functions.
  • Hands-on experience in custom software development, digital transformation, or managed services.
  • Strategic thinker with operational agility – capable of balancing long-term vision with day-to-day execution.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of thriving in an entrepreneurial setup.
