Your Role and What You'll Do
:

We are seeking a seasoned operator to step into the role of Regional Director of Operations (RDO), a key leadership position overseeing 20–50 centers within an assigned region. As an RDO, you will own P&L performance and lead regional operational strategy across a network of centers. You’ll work closely with Area Directors, clinical teams, and home office departments to ensure every center delivers consistent, high-quality, financially sound, and mission-driven care. This role is central to driving operational excellence, financial performance, and scalable growth across a fast-moving, rapidly expanding organization. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a strong operational and financial background, and are motivated by scaling high-quality healthcare services, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful, measurable impact.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Operational Leadership & Performance
    • Lead operations across 20–50 centers and ensure alignment with company KPIs.
    • Deliver budgeted revenue, EBITDA, and core operational targets.
    • Maintain a scalable operational model that keeps established centers at full capacity.
  • Growth & Expansion
    • Oversee ramp-up and performance of newly opened centers.
    • Partner with Intake, Marketing, and Physician Liaison teams to drive client growth and maintain strong referral pipelines.
    • Ensure centers achieve and maintain enrollment capacity.
  • Financial & Revenue Cycle Management
    • Manage center-level revenue cycle processes to support accurate reimbursement.
    • Control center-driven expenses and present performance updates during MORs.
  • People Leadership
    • Lead and support Area Directors and center leaders through a servant-leadership approach.
    • Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to staff centers and build a culture of engagement and retention.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Partnership
    • Work with Clinical, Training, Revenue Cycle, Intake, and Home Office teams to maintain alignment and eliminate operational barriers.
    • Ensure legal, HIPAA, and compliance standards are upheld in all centers.
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred
  • 2–5+ years of multi-site leadership experience overseeing at least four locations (multi-state experience preferred)
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive operational performance, and manage complex workflows
  • Skilled in problem-solving, prioritization, and adapting within a fast-growing organization
  • Ability to consistently visit centers across the region; frequent travel required (approximately 35–65%)
Why Join Behavioral Innovations:
  • Nationwide expansion with new centers opening regularly—be part of a rapidly growing organization.
  • Compensation: Base Salary, plus Annual Bonus
  • Insurance: Medical, Vision, Dental, and Supplemental Insurance Policies.
  • Wellbeing Program: Equipping you with tools to achieve your wellness goals.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Comprehensive support for your mental, emotional, and physical health.
  • Family-Centric Culture – We foster a caring and collaborative work environment.
