For our global industrial client, we are seeking a Regional Export Sales Manager who will report directly to the Export Sales Manager. The role is based in Kocaeli and requires full-time on-site presence (5 days a week).

Job Description:

  • Develop and negotiate overseas sales development plans (marketing, potential analysis)
  • Track new product development in target sectors and manage sales projects and product development processes
  • Prepare sales forecast budgets in target sectors and generate turnover based on targets
  • Plan and conduct customer visits, analyzing customers accordingly
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Manage and monitor marketing activities in target sectors

Requirements:

  • University degree
  • Advanced level of English and French, both written and spoken (is a must)
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales
  • Experience in the packaging/manufacturing industry (preferred)
  • Customer and result-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office 365
  • No travel restrictions
