For our global industrial client, we are seeking a Regional Export Sales Manager who will report directly to the Export Sales Manager. The role is based in Kocaeli and requires full-time on-site presence (5 days a week).
Job Description:
- Develop and negotiate overseas sales development plans (marketing, potential analysis)
- Track new product development in target sectors and manage sales projects and product development processes
- Prepare sales forecast budgets in target sectors and generate turnover based on targets
- Plan and conduct customer visits, analyzing customers accordingly
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Manage and monitor marketing activities in target sectors
Requirements:
- University degree
- Advanced level of English and French, both written and spoken (is a must)
- 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales
- Experience in the packaging/manufacturing industry (preferred)
- Customer and result-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office 365
- No travel restrictions
