Job Summary


Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Finance Business Partner to join our Business Finance Warehousing & Logistics team.

In this role, you will be responsible for acting as a trusted financial advisor for the Middle East region, initially focusing on the United Arab Emirates, to ensure financial commitments are delivered through deep insights and analysis. You will join a high-growth team focused on expanding Iron Mountain’s footprint in contract logistics and on-demand storage.


What You’ll Do

In this role, you will


  • Lead Financial Performance: Drive weekly performance reviews, forecasting, and budgeting for major contracts to ensure profitability and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Collaborate as a Strategic Advisor: Partner with operational and commercial leaders to translate complex financial data into recommendations that improve regional business performance.
  • Ensure Commercial Compliance: Manage financial risk assessments and align long-term insights with business objectives while contributing to formal Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).


What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:


  • Proven Sector Experience: Significant experience in a finance business partnering role specifically within the logistics, distribution, or third-party logistics (3PL) sectors.
  • Commercial Expertise: Strong knowledge of managing financial performance for commercial contracts and understanding the key business drivers within a supply chain environment.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Proven ability to challenge assumptions and influence senior non-financial stakeholders through excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Professional Credentials: A recognized professional accounting qualification (such as a Certified Public Accountant or equivalent) is preferred.
