Role Overview

FutureTEC is seeking a highly experienced Regional Finance Director to lead and oversee all financial operations across the organization’s regional footprint, including Kuwait, Jordan, and Bahrain.


This is a strategic leadership role responsible for financial planning, cash flow management, reporting, governance, and supporting executive decision-making. The role will act as a key partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, ensuring financial discipline, operational efficiency, and long-term business sustainability.


Key Responsibilities


Financial Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead the overall finance function across all operating countries
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and leadership team
  • Support business planning, growth strategy, and financial decision-making


Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
  • Monitor business performance and provide insights
  • Drive financial planning aligned with business objectives


Cash Flow & Working Capital Management

  • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital
  • Oversee collections, receivables, and payment cycles
  • Ensure financial stability and efficient fund utilization


Financial Reporting & Compliance

  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements
  • Oversee audits and financial governance processes


Operations & Controls

  • Establish and maintain strong financial controls
  • Improve financial processes and operational efficiency
  • Ensure alignment with internal policies and procedures


ERP & Systems (NetSuite)

  • Oversee financial systems, including NetSuite
  • Ensure proper utilization, reporting, and data accuracy
  • Support system enhancements and process automation


M&A / Investor Support

  • Support due diligence processes and investor discussions
  • Prepare financial data and insights for strategic transactions
  • Contribute to financial structuring and valuation discussions


Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop the finance team across regions
  • Drive performance, accountability, and professional growth
  • Ensure strong coordination across countries


Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management
  • Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role
  • Strong experience in FP&A, cash flow management, and financial controls
  • Experience managing multi-country operations
  • Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite strongly preferred)
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification
  • Experience in IT services, system integrators, or project-based businesses
  • Experience supporting M&A or investor-related activities
