Role Overview

hands-on, entrepreneurial Regional General Manager
who can build and scale our EV 2-wheeler business in the assigned region from the ground up. This role goes beyond traditional sales management, owning revenue, expansion, operations, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations & Sales

Oversee sales, service, and operational performance across all stores in the region.

Ensure achievement of revenue targets and growth objectives.

Drive consistent execution of sales strategies and customer engagement initiatives.

Own the
P&L of the region

Desired Profile
