Job Description

Role of the Purpose:

The Regional Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality visual content across digital and print platforms to support regional marketing, branding, and corporate communication initiatives. The role ensures brand consistency by developing creative assets, marketing collateral, presentations, and multimedia content aligned with organizational standards and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop marketing collateral including brochures, banners, advertisements, business cards, backdrops, and other branded materials.
• Create engaging digital content, social media creatives, infographics, and promotional assets in line with brand guidelines.
• Revamp and maintain company reports, presentations, PowerPoint templates, and branded documents to ensure a professional and consistent visual identity.
• Design product and corporate advertisements for both digital and print media.
• Develop and manage HTML email templates through HubSpot for marketing campaigns.
• Edit and produce basic promotional videos and multimedia content for marketing and social media channels.
• Ensure all creative outputs adhere to established brand standards and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions within project timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field; graphic design certifications will be preferred.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a B2B or technology-driven environment.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, and Premiere Pro).
• Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut and Canva Pro; knowledge of After Effects is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Figma and Sketch for UI/UX design projects.
• Good understanding of print production processes, including large-format and offset printing.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Word.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skill

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs220,000.00 per month
