Job Purpose:

Own the regional
presales, insales and project delivery for enterprise and government opportunities related to DICT, Solutions & Cloud. Co Own Regional Revenue & Solutions targets.
Turn customer needs into clear solution outlines and compliant proposals, then drive a clean handover and on-schedule delivery with NOMC/Engineering/Cloud Business Center—ensuring customer acceptance and billing start on time. Build a reusable solutions library and continuously improve win rate, cycle time, and delivery quality
Job Responsibilities:
Opportunity Qualification & Pursuit Setup:

Partner with Regional Sales & Services to qualify opportunities, set pursuit plans and bid timelines, and align to the industry play for each account

Lead customer discovery and produce the solution outline; coordinate detailed architecture, BoQ/BoM, and SoW with HQ DC – Solutions Pre Sales & Project Management and Solution Architecture & Design (and Cloud where applicable)
Presales Execution & Bid Management:

Own presales activities: demos, PoCs, site surveys, partner quotations, and clear documentation of assumptions/risks

Build technical write-ups and pricing inputs; submit accurate, on-time proposals that meet approval rules and margin guardrails

Coordinate internal approvals with Products, Finance, Legal, and Credit/Contracts to ensure proposals are compliant and executable
Contract Coordination & Clean Handover:

Drive contract coordination so executed terms match the agreed scope, SLAs, acceptance criteria, milestones, and billing triggers

Prepare the handover pack (design pack, acceptance criteria, project plan, risk log, partner roles) for NOMC/Engineering and confirm readiness
In-Sale Project Coordination & Delivery Support:

After contract, lead project kick-off; track milestones, issues, and changes; keep the customer and Account Manager aligned

Work with NOMC/Engineering/IT to ensure quality delivery to the agreed plan; escalate blockers early with crisp status and recovery actions

Secure customer acceptance and documentation for billing start evidence; close out lessons learned
Knowledge & Continuous Improvement:

Maintain a regional solutions library (reference designs, templates, checklists) and ensure teams use approved standards

Capture win/loss and price-to-win insights; feed improvements to HQ DC and Product Owners

Coach presales and PM teams on proposal quality, scope control, and stakeholder management
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):
Education:

In principle have a minimum of Bachelors Degree or above
Work Experience:

Minimum Experience: 4 yrs. or Above
