Key Responsibility Area-

• Recruitment & Managing the Onboarding process
• To ensure the adherence of all the HR Policies on Field
• Handling Employee Grievances
• Branch Visits
• Handling Employees exit Interview
• Managing HR Portal
• Register new employee on PF, ESIC portal
• Co-ordination with Regional Head/HR for day to day HR activities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
