Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Regional HR to manage end-to-end HR operations for our Chennai location. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to recruitment, HR compliance, labor laws, and policy implementation, preferably from the Retail or Manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across levels
• Implement and monitor HR policies, processes, and compliance
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory requirements
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and HR operations
• Support leadership with HR strategy and workforce planning
• Coordinate audits and ensure documentation accuracy

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in HR
• Strong expertise in Recruitment, HR Policies, Compliance & Labor Laws
• Experience in Retail or Manufacturing domain is mandatory
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Language Requirement:

• Tamil – Mandatory
• Telugu – Mandatory
• English- Mandatory

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Strong problem-solving and people management skills
• Hands-on and process-oriented HR professional

Ability to handle regional HR responsibilities independently
