The best candidate has a track record of recruiting great talent, exceptional interviewing skills, both a passion for developing people AND an organizational methodology to accomplish it.

Our culture requires a passionate self-starting who is committed to promoting the Taher brand and image. This collaborative role and will report directly to the Vice President of our Texas region with a dotted line reporting into HR.
