Job Brief:


Regional HR Manager will lead and manage the HR function in the South Region, ensuring that HR practices are aligned the Company’s strategic objectives. The position will be responsible for driving talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR Operations, while fostering a positive work environment. By partnering with leadership Team, the role will ensure that HR initiatives support business growth, enhance employee engagement, and promote a culture of excellence.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with business heads to understand strategic objectives and implement HR initiatives that support achieving annual sales targets.
  • Act as a strategic partner to regional business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with short-term and long-term business objectives
  • Provide strategic input on workforce planning and team structuring, while supporting talent management initiatives.
  • Conducts weekly meetings with the business managers and present their team’s structure, performance, development plans, succession planning and HR related issues.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns and grievances through coaching, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Proactively monitor the hiring pipeline to ensure timely recruitment efforts align with business requirements and objectives.
  • Identify and resolve performance related issues and work closely with the Sales Effectiveness team for creating action plans for underperforming employees.
  • Ensure that the HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated and adhered across the region.
  • Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations, maintain in-depth knowledge of Labor law requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs conducted by T & D department to ensure success.
  • Develop HR reporting frameworks and dashboards to monitor HR metrics such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, productivity and share reports with the management for informed decision making.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional HR team, ensuring alignment with corporate HR goals.
  • Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations for HR staff.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, identify skill gaps, and implement training and development initiatives to build leadership pipelines within the HR team.
  • Oversee regional recruitment strategies, including campus hiring, bulk hiring, and critical role recruitment.
  • Implement succession planning and leadership development programs to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Manage the offboarding process in collaboration with HR operations to handle employee clearances, final settlements, and exit procedures in compliance with the Company Policy.
  • Conduct the employees’ exit interview, ensuring it is structured and confidential to encourage honest feedback and share key findings with management for actionable insights to improve employee retention and enhance workplace policies.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture in line with the company’s values and mission.


Job Requirements:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10-12 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or similar role.
  • Location: Karachi
