Regional HR Manager
Location: Coimbatore – Peelamedu & Gandhipuram

Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned and people-centric Regional HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations across our Peelamedu and Gandhipuram branches. This role is both strategic and hands-on, ideal for an HR leader who can build strong HR frameworks, ensure statutory compliance, and partner closely with leadership to drive organizational performance, employee engagement, and a positive workplace culture.
The position offers high ownership, strong leadership exposure, and the opportunity to strengthen and standardize HR practices across multiple locations.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance & Talent Management
- Lead and manage the Performance Management System (PMS), including KRAs and KPIs
- Oversee probation confirmations, annual appraisals, and performance review cycles
- Identify skill gaps and support training, learning, and employee development initiatives
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Plan and execute employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives
- Conduct regular branch visits to ensure consistent HR practices and policy adherence
HR Operations & Administration
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, internal movements, and exits
- Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation
- Maintain accurate HR MIS, dashboards, and management reports
Compliance & Policy Governance
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements
- Implement and monitor HR policies uniformly across both locations
- Conduct HR audits and recommend process and policy enhancements
Leadership & Stakeholder Partnership
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor to management and business leaders
- Support workforce planning, organizational development, and people strategy initiatives
- Facilitate internal HR communication and leadership meetings
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, or HRBP roles
- Strong knowledge of PMS, KRAs/KPIs, labour laws, and statutory compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Willingness to travel between Peelamedu and Gandhipuram branches
