The Regional HR Shared Services Delivery Manager will provide leadership and oversight to ensure efficient and effective delivery of HR operational services across the AME region. This role is critical in managing the employee lifecycle processes, driving continuous process improvements, collaborating with key stakeholders, and leading a high-performing HR operations team.
What You Will Do
HR Operations Management
- Oversee and execute HR operational activities related to the employee lifecycle - Employee Onboarding, Policies, Payroll, Systems etc.
- Manage time and attendance systems, leave administration, and employee records with accuracy and compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Coordinate vendor management for HR-related services, ensuring service quality and timely delivery.
Process Improvement and Reporting
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR operational processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Generate, analyze, and report HR metrics and data to support workforce decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with regional business leaders and HR Business Partners to support workforce planning, talent management, and HR service delivery.
- Act as a primary point of contact for regional HR queries, providing expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Team Leadership
- Be a player-coach to lead, develop, and motivate the regional HR operations team to ensure consistent, high-quality HR service delivery.
- Advance right culture in the team and constantly make team accountable to apply our values within the team (Principle Based Management).
Collaboration & Partnership
- Work closely with HR Business Partners, recruiters, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless HR operational processes.
- Provide support on HR projects as required to improve service delivery and employee experience.
Additional Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality and timely HR operational and Payroll support to the region including Audit and data support as needed.
- Proactively identify challenges and escalate issues appropriately to ensure resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within HR operations to boost efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and effective partnerships across the region.
- Ensure confidentiality and ethical handling of employee information at all times.
- Proactively identify risks and challenges within HR operations and develop collaborative solutions to mitigate them.
- Maintain strong partnerships and clear communication channels with business leaders and HR colleagues across the region.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Proven experience in HR operations management or shared services leadership, preferably in a regional or multi-location environment with regional exposure.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes related to the employee lifecycle, time and attendance, leave administration, and vendor management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Experience in process improvement and HR metrics reporting. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems proactively, and work collaboratively across functions.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
