Job Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Account Management

Lead regional sales for B2B enterprise solutions including Fixed Broadband (Internet, Voice, DPLC, IPLC), Cloud Computing, DICT, and M2M/IoT offerings

Collaborate closely with technical and solutions teams to design and deliver customized, end-to-end solutions aligned with client business needs

Drive acquisition of high-value, revenue-generating enterprise customers across targeted industries

Expand wallet share within existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and strengthening client confidence through consistent service quality

Act as the senior regional point of contact for key enterprise customers, ensuring long-term relationship management
New Business Development

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as defined by management

Identify and develop new growth opportunities within the existing client base and through market expansion

Build and nurture strong business relationships with new and prospective enterprise clients

Proactively identify customer issues and coordinate timely resolution to enhance satisfaction, drive referrals, and enable new activations
Revenue Management

Own regional revenue delivery in line with management-assigned targets

Implement initiatives to grow revenue from both existing and prospective enterprise customers

Ensure revenue assurance through disciplined sales execution and coordination with internal stakeholders
Customer Retention & Churn Management

Monitor corporate customer activations and disconnections, analyzing root causes and trends

Develop and execute retention strategies to minimize churn and strengthen customer loyalty

Address service, billing, or operational issues in collaboration with internal teams to resolve dissatisfaction and protect revenue
