Job title: Lead – Regional Key Accounts Manager (MONT/On Premise)– North


Function: Sales

The Role: Drive the execution of national strategies within the region to achieve channel growth, increase market share, and boost product trials.


Key Accountabilities:

1. Accounts Strategy

  • Deliver regional volume, value, and growth targets.
  • Ensure total market share growth for the region.
  • Manage premium volume, MIS, and market share objectives.
  • Execute regional draught targets effectively.


2. Sales & Growth

  • Achieve sales targets through new business acquisition, upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals.


3. Brilliant Execution

  • Ensure 100% premium regional distribution.
  • Drive PICOS execution and maintain high EOE scores.
  • Implement regional brand activation calendar, bar advocacy programs, and innovation initiatives.


4. Financial Metrics

  • Optimize regional budget utilization.
  • Ensure timely customer payouts.



5. People Leadership

  • Coach, mentor, and develop MONT Area Sales Managers (ASMs).
  • Plan regional manpower effectively.
  • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration within the region.


Education Qualification: Desired but not mandatory Qualification: Master’s in business administration or a Specialization on Marketing (Diploma)

Desired experience

  • AlcoBev industry experience is highly preferred
  • Team Management experience will be preferred. This is a Regional role.
  • 8+ years’ experience
