Regional Logistics Manager

Join our dynamic Supply Chain Management team as a Regional Logistics Manager , based in Gurugram . In this role, you will oversee warehouse operations across the North Region , driving operational excellence, cost efficiency, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor end-to-end warehouse operations across multiple locations.

• Conduct operational reviews with 3PL to identify gaps, improve performance, and enhance efficiency.

• Collaborate closely with regional teams — Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Quality, NPD, and HO Planning — to ensure seamless coordination.

• Negotiate with logistics vendors to optimize service rates and cost structures.

• Analyze logistics costs and KPIs to control transportation and warehouse expenses.

• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in warehouse KPIs and overall supply chain performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate with a Management Degree in Supply Chain Management.

• 10–15 years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations management.

• Proficient in SAP / TMS / WMS and MS Office.

• Strong analytical, coordination, and negotiation skills.
