Job Summary

The Regional Logistics Manager (RLM) will be responsible for managing and optimizing end-to-end logistics operations across the assigned region for the Glanbia Division. The role ensures timely delivery, cost efficiency, inventory control, and compliance with company and statutory logistics standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage regional logistics operations including warehousing, transportation, and distribution
  • Plan and optimize primary and secondary transportation to ensure timely product movement
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock reconciliation at warehouses and depots
  • Coordinate with CFA/warehouse partners for smooth inbound and outbound operations
  • Ensure compliance with GST, e-way bills, documentation, and statutory logistics requirements
  • Control logistics costs and implement cost-saving initiatives
  • Handle transporter negotiations, rate finalization, and performance reviews
  • Resolve delivery issues, shortages, damages, and escalations efficiently
  • Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams for demand planning and dispatches
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and company policies
  • Prepare MIS reports related to logistics performance, cost, and service levels
  • Lead and manage regional logistics teams and vendors

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate / Post-Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field
  • 6–10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or distribution management
  • Experience in FMCG / Nutrition / Pharma / Dairy industry preferred
  • Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
  • Hands-on experience with ERP / SAP / logistics systems
  • Sound knowledge of GST, e-way bills, and statutory compliance
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
