As a Regional Manager at RYSE Management, you will be responsible for the operational and financial performance of a portfolio of multifamily communities within a defined region. This leadership role requires strategic oversight of on-site teams, collaboration with ownership groups, and an unwavering focus on performance, resident satisfaction, and property value creation. Drive property performance to meet or exceed budgeted goals through routine site inspections, data analysis, and performance plans.
Partner with Community Managers to develop actionable strategies and ensure accountability for site-level execution.
Collaborate with RYSE’s corporate teams to implement operational best practices and system-wide initiatives.
Champion change management and ensure successful adoption of new platforms, policies, and processes.
Review and manage annual budgets, monitor monthly financials, and prepare ownership reporting packages.
Oversee leasing performance across the region; analyze traffic trends and conversion data to support revenue growth.
Work with marketing teams to implement property-specific strategies aimed at increasing qualified leads and minimizing vacancy.
Partner with onsite and centralized leasing teams to ensure brand consistency and excellent prospect experience.
Monitor resident satisfaction trends and implement programs that promote retention and community engagement.
Promptly address escalated resident concerns to ensure a positive living experience and protect reputation.
Conduct regular property visits to inspect physical condition, safety compliance, and curb appeal.
Partner with Facilities/Maintenance leadership to ensure preventive maintenance plans are followed and capital needs are communicated.
Provide input for capital budgeting and renovation scopes, ensuring alignment with investment goals.
Ensure all communities are operating in full compliance with local, state, and federal housing laws and fair housing regulations.
Proactively identify and mitigate risk exposure; ensure appropriate insurance coverage and vendor compliance documentation.
Maintain high safety standards across all communities, conducting or delegating site-level audits as needed.
Stay current on market conditions, rent comparable, economic drivers, and legislative changes impacting your region.
Make recommendations to ownership and leadership based on market insights and portfolio performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum of 3 years in a regional or multi-site property management leadership role.
Proven success managing diverse multifamily portfolios and leading high-performing teams.
Real Estate license required in applicable states (or willingness to obtain).
Industry certifications (CPM®, CAPS®, CAM®, etc.) strongly preferred.
Proficiency in RealPage, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong financial acumen and understanding of property P&L management.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to travel within the region up to 60% of the time.
Base Salary: based on experience and market
Bonus Structure: Eligible for annual and/or quarterly bonuses based on portfolio performance
