Sales / Commercial Manager – United States Region

It has accumulated more than 800 patents and passed over 100 international certifications, such as CE, UL, AUS, etc.
Job Responsibilities
Business Development and Customer Acquisition
◦ Conduct in-depth research on the construction and industrial equipment market in the United States, accurately identify potential customer groups, formulate and implement effective market development strategies, actively expand new businesses, and ensure the completion of sales targets set by the company.
◦ Establish contacts with potential customers through various channels such as industry exhibitions, business meetings, and customer visits, promote the company's construction and industrial related equipment products, introduce product advantages and features in detail, explore customer needs, and provide customized solutions to facilitate cooperation intentions.
Order Acquisition and Project Follow-up
◦ Lead business negotiations with customers, fully safeguard the company's interests in key terms such as price, delivery time, and after-sales service, and ensure that the signed orders meet the company's established business goals and profit requirements.
◦ Closely track the entire process of order execution, coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and after-sales, ensure that equipment is delivered to customers on time and with good quality, and promptly handle various problems arising during order execution to ensure customer satisfaction.
Customer Relationship Management
◦ Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers, gain an in-depth understanding of customers' feedback after using the equipment, promptly solve problems encountered by customers, continuously optimize the customer experience, and enhance customers' loyalty and reputation to the company's brand.
◦ Provide valuable suggestions for the company's product research and development and improvement based on customer needs and market dynamics, promote the continuous optimization and upgrading of the company's products, and better meet market needs.
Market Analysis and Competitive Monitoring
◦ Continuously pay attention to the dynamics of the United States construction and industrial equipment market, changes in policies and regulations, and competitors' market strategies, regularly collect, sort out and analyze relevant information, and provide strong support for the company's formulation of market competition strategies.
◦ Timely adjust sales strategies and business priorities according to market changes and competitive situation to ensure that the company always occupies a favorable position in market competition.
Job Requirements
1. Work Experience: Have more than 5 years of sales or business management experience, with sales experience in construction or industrial-related equipment being preferred. Be familiar with the local market in the United States and understand local business culture and customer needs.
2. Ability and Quality
◦ Possess strong self-drive and independent working ability, be able to work independently in a high-pressure environment, and actively complete sales tasks.
◦ Have a strong result-oriented awareness, a strong pursuit of sales performance, excellent goal management and time management skills, be able to reasonably plan work tasks, and efficiently achieve various business indicators.
◦ Have excellent business negotiation skills and communication and coordination skills, be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams from different backgrounds.
◦ Possess keen market insight and analytical ability, be able to quickly and accurately grasp market changes and customer needs, and timely adjust sales strategies.
3. Language Skills: Proficiency in English, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities, is required to ensure effective communication with international customers in a business setting. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred and will be considered a strong advantage.
4. Other Requirements: Have a good team spirit, be able to support and collaborate with team members; be willing to accept a certain frequency of business trips to meet the needs of business development.
