Position: Regional Manager – GCC

Location: GCC Region (UAE, Oman, Qatar & other GCC markets)

Salary: AED 12,000 – AED 13,000 per month

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager to lead and expand our sales operations across the GCC. The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening market presence, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the heavy truck spare parts segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share across GCC countries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, fleet owners, and key clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Lead sales planning, forecasting, and performance tracking for the region.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely supply and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at meetings, trade events, and client visits across the GCC.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales of heavy truck parts (European truck parts experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the GCC automotive/heavy vehicle aftermarket.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive regional growth initiatives.
• Willingness to travel extensively across GCC countries.
• Valid driving license preferred.
