Regional Manager

The Regional Manager of Service leads service operations across multiple locations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, client satisfaction, and team development. This role requires strategic leadership, deep technical understanding, and strong business acumen to drive regional success in managed IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Operations Leadership:

  • Direct service delivery across regional locations
  • Monitor and optimize service performance metrics
  • Ensure consistent delivery of managed IT services
  • Oversee accounts receivable and collections
  • Implement service quality improvements

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as primary contact for major accounts
  • Develop and maintain strategic client relationships
  • Lead resolution of complex client issues
  • Conduct regular business reviews
  • Identify growth opportunities within accounts

Team Management:

  • Recruit and develop service team members
  • Provide mentorship and professional development
  • Manage performance and accountability
  • Lead team meetings and communications
  • Create positive work environment

Strategic Management:

  • Develop and execute regional service strategy
  • Manage regional P&L and budgets
  • Drive operational efficiency improvements
  • Expand service offerings and capabilities
  • Align team goals with company objectives

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years IT service management experience
  • Strong understanding of managed services
  • Proven leadership and team development abilities
  • Experience managing multiple locations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree
  • Industry certifications
  • Multi-site management experience
  • Financial management experience
  • Technical expertise in IT solutions

Travel

This position will require occasional travel and some overnight trips.

Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Must have the ability to walk short distances, and/or drive a vehicle to deliver and pick up materials.
