What We Offer:
The Market manager provides leadership to all market CRNA supervisors, and teams in achieving quality, best practice, productivity and efficiency. The manager is accountable for program development, physician and interdepartmental relationship building and fostering an environment of innovation.Works in collaboration with Surgical Services leaders for growth plan and development. Collaborates in conjunctions with other leader to develop budgets along, with assessing departmental needs for budget submission. The market manager leads and ensures the operational precision and infrastructure of assigned areas of responsibility to achieve facility and submarket goals including safety, financial vitality, human experience, team member engagement, physician partnerships and quality. Manages and directs strategic growth and integration projects for Novant Health Anesthesia Services. Reports to the Director of Anesthesia services.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree Graduate from both an accredited School of Nursing and an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia, Required.Graduate Degree, preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of three years of leadership experience, required.
- Licensure/Certification: Current RN in appropriate state, required. Current CRNA and APRN in appropriate state, required.
- Additional Skills (required): Has knowledge and skills necessary to modify care according to patient(s)’ age. Has the ability to interpret information to identify each patient’s requirements for care relative to his/her age specific needs. Strong leadership skills required. Outlook, scheduling and other applications to support services within market and system
- Additional Skills (preferred): Knowledge of reimbursement, documentation, regulatory and state practice requirements.
