Regional Manager (RM)
Purpose: To lead multiple districts and ensure execution of Domino’s strategy across a geographic region. The Regional Manager drives revenue growth, people development, audit compliance, and operational excellence by aligning district teams with the brand’s national goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 3–4 districts and oversee overall region-wide performance in sales, PAC%, growth, compliance, and leadership development.
- Conduct quarterly regional business reviews with District Managers and escalate key insights to the Head of operations.
- Work closely with cross-functional leads (HR, Supply Chain, QA, Marketing) to support initiatives, manage risks, and improve regional operations.
- Support district managers in people development, team succession, and RGM/DM capability building.
- Plan regional manpower and store expansion requirements in alignment with market trends and operational gaps.
- Review and approve district budgets, staffing plans, and store expansion proposals.
- Lead region-wide audits, safety initiatives, customer experience improvement programs, and campaign rollouts.
- Represent Domino’s regional operations in senior leadership forums, and internal audits when required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Business, Management, or Strategy preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in QSR, food retail, or franchise operations.
- At least 2 years as a District Manager or equivalent multi-unit leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage large teams and multiple revenue streams simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of cost control, strategic execution, and people leadership.
- High proficiency in reporting tools, dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Must be open to extensive travel and capable of working under pressure.
