Key Responsibilities
- Operations: Ensuring smooth day-to-day running, optimizing logistics, asset management (hubs, vehicles), and implementing company policies.
- Sales & Growth: Setting targets, managing area/zonal sales teams, developing strategies, and driving revenue within their region.
- Team Management: Recruiting, training, mentoring, and motivating staff (drivers, sales reps, support) to boost productivity and engagement.
- Customer Relations: Addressing escalated customer issues, ensuring high satisfaction, and gathering feedback for service improvement.
- Reporting: Communicating performance, challenges, and insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
