About the Position

As Orzax, we are looking for an experienced Export Regional Manager in OTC, cosmetics or medical products who will share our vision of international growth. This role will be responsible for planning and implementing international sales strategies within the scope of specific regional responsibility, manage business partnerships and increase the brand power of our company globally.


General Qualifications

  • University graduate (preferably with a master's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing or related fields)
  • At least 7 years of export experience in OTC, cosmetic or medical products
  • Experienced in international sales, distributor management and market development
  • Good command of English (second foreign language is preferred)
  • Strategic perspective, analytical and result-oriented
  • No obstacle to travel abroad, ability to work with different cultures
  • Competent in budget management, sales target tracking and team coordination


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing and implementing export sales strategies across designated regions.
  • Creating new distributors, business partners and channels, developing existing relationships
  • Developing competitive strategies by analyzing regional market dynamics
  • Managing the sales budget, monitoring and reporting on target achievement
  • Taking an active role in international contracts, pricing and commercial operations processes
  • Presenting regular reports to senior management on sales performance and market developments
