COMMERCIAL EXCELLENCE MANAGER

VitrA Tiles, which ranks first in exports to the EU, started production in Istanbul Tuzla in 1991 and in Bilecik Bozüyük in 1992. VitrA Tiles, which has been producing ceramic tiles in its factory in Russia since 2011, has a total annual production capacity of 30 million square meters. VitrA Tiles products are offered for sale in 75 countries, especially in the Turkish and German markets. VitrA Tiles carries the 60 years of expertise of the VitrA brand to all living spaces in the house, especially the bathroom; It also offers products suitable for use in many different areas such as pools, gardens and exteriors. VitrA Tiles, which constantly develops innovative texture and material solutions, sets the trends in surfaces with its new collections every year. VitrA's tiles with the "TSE Double Star" Certificate also hold the first eco-label given by the European Union to a ceramic brand from Turkey. Our production facility in Bozuyuk has been included in the "Global Lighthouse Network", which the World Economic Forum (WEF) selects as the most advanced production facilities in the world and points out as the "production facility of the future".


What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?

• Takes actions and leads business development projects for product, channel, and customer-specific areas to achieve VitrA Karo’s short-term sales and profitability targets and long-term growth plans,

• Prepares the budget for the region they are responsible for in coordination with sales teams based on channels and products, determines monthly allocations, and develops strategies to ensure budget compliance,

• Directs sales units and plans, manages, and analyzes sales promotions and consumer campaigns to achieve the budgeted sales volume,

• Conducts market and competitor analyses and develops strategy and action plans,

• Provides sales forecasts by market, product category, and series to ensure the Supply Chain Department can accurately plan factory capacity,

• Collects expectations from the field through regular distributor visits, identifies problems, and offers solutions,

• Works on creating discount/price models for VitrA Karo products for the relevant markets and determines pricing,

• Manages pricing through regular competitive analysis and takes necessary actions,

• Ensures customer satisfaction and takes actions with other teams based on the results of customer satisfaction surveys,

• Monitors the alignment of communication activities in the market with strategy and approves implementations,

• Supports the organization of local fairs and customer activities.

Who Are We Looking For?

• A graduate of a 4-year university program (preferably in business administration, economics, marketing, or engineering),

• At least 8 years of experience in commercial strategy, sales, pricing, or similar fields,

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Excel,

• Ability to use CRM software and sales tracking systems,

• Good knowledge of financial mathematics,

• Ability to conduct data analyses and develop strategies based on results,

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,

• Strategic thinking and long-term planning capabilities,

• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate with different departments,

• Result-oriented and proactive work approach,

• Customer-focused with strong communication skills,

• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written),

• Residing in Istanbul,

• Strong communication and coordination skills to collaborate in sales and supply chain processes.
