Regional Manager Laboratory

Qualification: Graduation/ Masters in Laboratory Science.

Experience: 7-8 Years of laboratory outreach experience

Job Description:

• Meets the sales targets of branches individually and collectively.
• Makes and implements strategy to increase the retail sales of each branch
• Makes and implements strategy to enhance local corporate sale of each branch
• Collaborates with the corporate department of HGH to enhance Laboratory Sales
• Marketing activities to make Hashmani's Laboratory top brand.
• Oversees the Operations of all branches and collection points.
• Coordination with technical team of Laboratory to ensure timely testing and reporting.
• Monitoring visits to all branches/ collection points.
• Plans and executes patient/ client satisfaction surveys periodically
• Ensures that the operations of all branches are running smoothly
• Ensures presence of appropriately trained and sufficient staff in each branch
