The BD team is one of the company’s core growth engines, and AI-driven business development is central to how we operate.The LATAM BD team leads LBank’s expansion across key markets including Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, and Colombia. Through a high-quality partner network, the team drives sustainable growth in futures trading volume and new user registrations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit top crypto KOLs and community operators across LATAM markets, while managing the full partner lifecycle.
• Set and achieve monthly targets for futures trading volume and new user registrations, and provide weekly reports to headquarters in English.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan localized campaigns and trading competitions to improve partner engagement and user retention.
• Continuously collect local market intelligence and submit structured monthly reports to headquarters.
• Recruit and manage Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking KOLs, YouTube creators, and Telegram community leaders.
• Operate and grow LBank LATAM official communities, converting traffic into registered and active trading users.
• Support partners in addressing LATAM-specific challenges such as exchange rates and fiat on/off-ramp solutions, guiding users through registration and trading processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the crypto industry, with verifiable experience in LATAM KOL partnerships or community operations.
• Professional working proficiency in English (required); fluent Spanish (required); working proficiency in Portuguese is preferred.
• Familiarity with stablecoin use cases and LATAM fiat on/off-ramp methods, including P2P and OTC trading.
• Existing KOL or community resources in relevant LATAM markets are preferred.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Notion AI is a plus.

Pay: From AED7,500.00 per month
