Job Purpose
Lead and represent the Company across the Northern Region. Oversee the delivery and follow-up of the Company's projects and initiatives in continuous coordination with the Ministry and the relevant government authorities. Ensure quality of execution, achievement of operational and strategic targets, and integration across the Company's business sectors within the region.
Operational Oversight and Representation

Represent the Company before the Ministry, government authorities, and partners across the Northern Region.

Lead and monitor execution of the Company's projects and initiatives within the region in line with approved plans.

Build effective strategic relationships with leaders and stakeholders across the region.

Submit periodic reports to executive management on project performance, challenges, risks, and opportunities.

Maintain continuous alignment between the Company's work and the needs and direction of the Ministry in the region.

Conduct regular field visits to sites to follow up on operations and capture local needs related to the Company's work.

Provide support to affiliate companies in the region when required.
Programs and Activities

Monitor operational quality of the Company's programs and service points and ensure compliance with approved operating standards.

Track registration rates, subscriptions, and programs delivered.

Coordinate with operators and partners to resolve operational challenges and raise service quality.

Conduct regular field visits and submit assessment and improvement reports.

Support programs and events across the region.
Content and Resources

Monitor delivery of content related initiatives and projects within the region and join site visits to track execution.

Coordinate with sites and government authorities on distribution of materials and resources, from needs identification through receipt.

Monitor the quality and efficiency of distribution operations and resolve related operational challenges.

Raise field observations on materials and programs to support related initiatives.
Human Capital and Recruitment

Coordinate with government authorities on recruitment needs and interviews for new field staff.

Organize and arrange interviews and meetings related to recruitment and operations.

Support attraction of talent across the region.

Track readiness of staff for the Company's projects and initiatives.
Training and Development

Coordinate with relevant entities to deliver training and development programs and initiatives.

Monitor execution of training programs, workshops, and development initiatives within the region.

Support capacity building initiatives and raise the competency of staff and leaders.
Specialized Service Centers

Monitor performance and operation of specialized service centers affiliated with the Company or linked to its projects within the region.

Conduct regular field visits to verify the quality of services delivered.

Coordinate with government authorities to resolve operational challenges and raise service quality for beneficiaries.

Ensure compliance with approved operational and regulatory standards.
Administrative and Operational Responsibilities

Prepare and follow up operational work plans for projects in the region.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects and initiatives in the region.

Manage operational risks and field challenges in the region and raise required recommendations.

Coordinate across the Company's sectors and affiliate companies to ensure integrated delivery within the region.

Track beneficiary and partner satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

5 to 7 years of experience in project management or operations.

Experience working with government entities.

Field operations management experience preferred.
