Develop incremental distribution for the company by recruiting non- financial entities as a new channel partners.
Constantly identify opportunities and drive penetration of the Partner channel in new segments and markets
Equip and Engage Partners and their teams to continuously source advisors / customers
Recruit and develop a high performing team with strong business development skills. A team which is not constrained by existing business and channel practices
Drive and build a sustainable and cost-effective distribution model
Ensure strategies include effective product mix, tapping of potential customers, contests, and delivery of investment advisory to customers
Actively Liaise with the HO teams to drive customization required at local level
Drive the creation of an effective incentive scheme to incentivise the sales force in a manner that’s commensurate to the business generated.
