Regional Manager - Partner Office - Ludhiana

  • To create a team of Partner Franchise’s with a minimum business commitment of 30L. Partner Franchise are business partners who can solicit business through a team / network of Advisors working under them. Partner Franchise needs to provide a small office setup to ABSLI
  • Develop incremental distribution for the company by recruiting non- financial entities as a new channel partners.
  • Constantly identify opportunities and drive penetration of the Partner channel in new segments and markets
  • Equip and Engage Partners and their teams to continuously source advisors / customers
  • Recruit and develop a high performing team with strong business development skills. A team which is not constrained by existing business and channel practices
  • Drive and build a sustainable and cost-effective distribution model
  • Ensure strategies include effective product mix, tapping of potential customers, contests, and delivery of investment advisory to customers
  • Actively Liaise with the HO teams to drive customization required at local level
  • Drive the creation of an effective incentive scheme to incentivise the sales force in a manner that’s commensurate to the business generated.
