Job Overview
Regional Manager, Sales - supporting the Managing Director for Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Turkey, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain. Full time, mid level, based in Dubai, UAE.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a cross functional sales team across the region.
- Roll out sales objectives in line with the annual budget and five year plan.
- Supervise negotiations and close large projects, ensuring accurate forecasting.
- Develop and maintain a network of fabricators and distributors.
- Set targets and individual development plans for team members, following Dextra Group guidelines.
- Use CRM 365 and PowerBI for reporting and collaboration.
- Organise sales presentations, technical seminars and exhibitions.
- Maintain and grow strategic customer accounts, proactively mapping opportunities.
- Ensure all contracts and quotations comply with Dextra Group policies.
- Provide monthly reports to management and participate in quarterly product line meetings.
- Travel within the region as required to meet clients and projects.
- Manage account receivables and contribute to the yearly budget forecasting.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or Civil Engineering.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Arabic.
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office).
- Customer focused, team player, results oriented.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
