Regional Manager Solutions & Project Management

Job Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales & Solution Leadership

  • Partner with Regional Sales & Services and Industry teams to qualify opportunities, define pursuit strategies, win themes, and bid timelines
  • Lead customer discovery sessions and develop high-level solution concepts aligned with business and technical requirements
  • Coordinate detailed solution architecture, BoQ/BoM, and Statements of Work with HQ DC – Solution Architecture & Design teams
  • Prepare and lead technical proposals, solution write-ups, and pricing inputs, ensuring submissions are accurate, timely, and compliant with approval, risk, and margin guardrails
  • Manage all non-cloud pre-sales activities including demonstrations, proof of concepts (PoCs), site surveys, and partner quotations, clearly documenting assumptions and risks

Commercial & Contract Coordination

  • Work closely with Sales and Credit/Contracts teams to ensure contractual terms accurately reflect the agreed scope, SLAs, acceptance criteria, milestones, and billing triggers
  • Support deal closure by ensuring technical and commercial alignment prior to contract execution

Project Management & Delivery Governance

  • Lead post-signature project kick-off and manage end-to-end project coordination, including planning, milestones, dependencies, change control, and risk management •
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards in close collaboration with Network Operations & Maintenance Center (NOMC) and Engineering teams
  • Proactively identify and escalate delivery risks and blockers to NOMC and Engineering, while keeping customers and Sales informed through clear status updates and recovery plans
  • Oversee acceptance and operational handover to service and operations teams

Knowledge Management & Continuous Improvement

  • Build and maintain a regional solutions repository, including reusable solution components, best practices, and lessons learned
  • Provide structured feedback on win/loss outcomes and price-to-win insights to HQ DC and Product teams to improve future bids and offerings

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

  • In principle Minimum of Bachelors degree

Work Experience:

  • Minimum Experience: 4 yrs. or Above
