Job Purpose:

Lead the
Regional Pre Sales, In Sales & Post Sales as well as overall Project Management
for solutions support and services to regional sales & services / industry teams. Manage & coordinate the project management for regional solutions
Job Responsibilities:
-
Partner with
Regional Sales & Services
to qualify opportunities and set pursuit plans, win themes, and bid timelines for each account/industry play

Lead customer discovery and produce the
solution outline;
coordinate detailed architecture, BoQ/BoM, and SoW with
HQ DC – Solution Architecture & Design
-
Run technical write-ups, and pricing inputs; submit accurate, on-time proposals that meet approval and margin guardrails
-
Coordinate all
non-cloud presales
activities—demos, PoCs, site surveys, partner quotations—and capture risks/assumptions clearly
-
Drive
contract coordination
with Sales, and Credit/Contracts so executed terms match scope, SLAs, acceptance, milestones, and billing triggers

After signature, coordinate the
project kick-off
and manage coordination (plan, milestones, changes) through to acceptance and operational
handover and ensure quality delivery in collaboration with NOMC
-
Escalate blockers early to
NOMC/Engineering
and keep customer and Sales informed with crisp status and recovery actions

Maintain a reusable
solutions library
and lessons-learned for the region; feed win/loss and price-to-win insights back to
HQ DC

Education:

In principle have a minimum of Bachelors Degree or above
Work Experience:

Minimum Experience: 4 yrs. or Above
