Regional Manager, Southeast Asia

ABOUT THIS ROLE

LBank is one of the world’s top 10 cryptocurrency exchanges, serving millions of users across 210+ countries and regions. The BD team is one of the company’s core growth engines, and AI-driven business development is central to how we operate.The Southeast Asia BD team is responsible for recruiting and managing KOLs, trading communities, and copy trading platforms across six key markets: Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Singapore. The team drives growth in LBank’s futures trading volume and new user registrations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit top crypto KOLs and community operators across Southeast Asian markets, while managing the full partner lifecycle.
• Set and achieve monthly targets for futures trading volume and new user registrations, and provide weekly reports to headquarters in English.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan localized campaigns and trading competitions to improve partner engagement and user retention.
• Continuously collect local market intelligence and submit structured monthly reports to headquarters.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in crypto affiliate operations, community growth, or channel/business development, with a strong local network in Southeast Asia.
• Professional working proficiency in English (required); fluency in at least one of the following languages is preferred: Vietnamese, Thai, or Indonesia.
• Familiarity with both futures and spot trading logic, with active involvement in crypto communities.
• Existing KOL or community resources in relevant Southeast Asian markets are preferred.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Notion AI is a plus.

Pay: From AED7,500.00 per month
