In this role, you will bring regional marketing initiatives to life, designing and running integrated, full-funnel campaigns that fuel pipeline growth, strengthen brand visibility, and directly support commercial objectives. You will balance strategic planning with execution, leveraging modern martech and AI-powered platforms to deliver smarter targeting, personalization, and performance optimization.


Job Description

As Regional Marketing Manager, you will translate strategy into results, driving impactful marketing programs across digital, content, performance marketing, and events. This role combines analytical thinking with creativity and execution—developing campaigns, producing compelling content, and ensuring measurable outcomes. You will collaborate closely with sales and technology teams, making marketing a critical driver of growth and customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Execution : Implement regional marketing strategy across digital, content, performance marketing, and events, ensuring alignment with business growth goals.
  • Demand Generation : Design and deliver integrated, multi-channel demand generation campaigns that accelerate pipeline development and revenue outcomes.
  • Content Development : Produce compelling content including blogs, presentations, sales enablement materials, email campaigns, and social media assets tailored to key audiences.
  • Market Insights : Research market trends, customer cases, and competitors to extract insights that support commercial and delivery teams.
  • Digital Performance : Manage SEO/SEM, paid media, and website performance to maximize reach and impact.
  • Innovation & Martech : Utilize AI-powered tools, automation, and analytics to enhance targeting, personalization, and campaign measurement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner closely with sales and technology teams to ensure consistency in messaging, audience alignment, and solution positioning.
  • Operational Excellence : Ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all customer touchpoints, with a hands-on approach to campaign management and content production.


Your Profile

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience in enterprise software, technology, finance, or telecommunications.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Strong expertise in content marketing, growth marketing, and digital advertising .
  • Experienced with martech, AI-powered marketing platforms, and analytics tools .
  • Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills .
  • Fluent in English.
