Regional Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Manager with 10+ years of experience in marketing within the furniture or interior design industry. The ideal candidate will have strong connections with builders, architects, and interior designers across Pakistan and be able to leverage these relationships to drive business growth. You will lead regional marketing campaigns, manage link-building strategies, and strengthen the brand’s presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional marketing strategies tailored to the furniture and interior design market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, architects, interior designers, and contractors nationwide.
• Implement digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, link-building, content marketing, and social media.
• Promote products through collaborations, partnerships, and strategic alliances in the furniture and construction industry.
• Track marketing performance, generate insights, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Manage regional marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and evaluation.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of marketing experience in furniture, interior design, or related industries.
• Strong network and relationships with builders, architects, and contractors across Pakistan.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, and link-building strategies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to plan, execute, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.

Compensation:
