Position: Marketing Manager
Location: UAE (Dubai)
About the role: As the Marketing Manager for the UAE market, you will be responsible for building the brand awareness and build the funnel with the goal of bring good quality of leads. This role plays a critical part in developing and executing localized marketing strategies, strengthening brand visibility, managing public relations, supporting dealer marketing activities, and ensuring efficient budget management. The ideal candidate should have strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Reports to: Marketing & PR Director Americas & Europe & MEA

Brand Promotion and Awareness
Public Relations
Dealer Marketing Management
Market Research and Analysis
Budget Management
Brand Ambassador
Localization and Compliance Management
Your profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing communications, with solid experience in the automotive industry (OEM experience preferred).
Strong understanding of the UAE market, consumer behavior, and local media landscape.
Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns, PR activities, events, and dealer marketing operations.
Customer-centric mindset aligned with the mission of promoting sustainable mobility and innovation.
Fluent in English; Arabic language skills would be a strong advantage. Chinese language skills are a plus.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across multicultural and cross-functional teams.
Results-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-growing and dynamic business environment.
