Regional Medical Officer

Clinical Management & Patient Care

• Oversee and monitor medical and clinical care delivery across all assigned facilities.
• Conduct clinical assessments, review care plans, and ensure timely medical interventions for residents.
• Provide guidance to Physicians, Nurses & Caretakers on geriatric care management.
• Monitor medication administration, clinical documentation, patient progress notes, and vitals management.

Clinical Governance & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to clinical SOPs, safety protocols, NABH standards, and infection control norms.
• Conduct regular clinical audits, health record audits, and quality checks.
• Coordinate with external consultants and hospitals for emergency referrals when required.

Coordination & Reporting

• Collaborate with Operations / HR / Quality departments to ensure smooth functioning of clinical services.
• Ensure availability and management of medical supplies, consumables, and equipment.
• Prepare and submit clinical MIS reports—census, incidents, clinical escalations, and medical outcomes to management.

Incident & Emergency Management

• Lead and document medical emergencies, adverse events, and incident investigations.

Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to avoid recurrence of adverse events.

Qualifications & Experience:

• MBBS / MD (Geriatrics / Internal Medicine / Family Medicine preferred)
• 8 – 12years of medical practice experience, preferably in geriatrics, long-term care, rehabilitation, critical care, or senior living facilities.
• Experience in clinical team handling and multidisciplinary coordination is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
