RESPONSIBILITIES:&middot; Supervise execution of activities to the nurses and nursing assistants&middot; Maintain patient management system at the facility&middot; Ensure allocate and schedule duties to the team&middot; Conduct periodic client visit and report/implement the feedback&middot; Maintain the relationships with other medical consultants&middot; Coordinate with other stake holders like hospitals, labs, ambulance services, pharmacies, physiotherapy clinics&middot; Handle critical or emergency situations with due diligence&middot; Maintaining medical/client records, documentation and reporting&middot; Ensuring safe medication management practices that include drug calculation, IV therapy, drug indenting and administration, prevention of drug errors, monitoring of fridge temperature, look alike and sound alike medications and crash cart maintenance.&middot; Regular monitoring of Crash cart in terms of drugs availability , expiry date and consumption&middot; Constantly communicate the general &amp; health condition with the families/guardians&middot; Coordinate the clients and relatives during their outside OPD consultation, Planned in Patient Admission and Family communication.&middot; Ensuring patient safety following patient safety goals including the provision of care for the vulnerable patients.&middot; Ensuring the provision of a safe environment in both preventive and promotive aspects for all patients, relatives and significant others.&middot; Ensure the delivery of value added services to the residentsJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Job Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree is typically required*</li><li>A valid and unrestricted medical license to practice as a doctor in the relevant country or region.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>1-5 years of post-internship experience in clinical practice, with a focus on internal medicine, geriatrics, or emergency medicine preferred.</li></ul>Job DescriptionResident Care:<ul><li>Provide daily medical care to residents, managing both chronic and acute conditions.</li><li>Conduct regular health assessments and monitor vital signs of residents to track their health status.</li><li>Administer medications as prescribed by the consulting physician or Chief Medical Officer.</li></ul>Emergency Response:<ul><li>Act as the first responder to medical emergencies within the facility (e.g., falls, cardiac issues, respiratory distress).</li><li>Provide immediate stabilization and emergency care until further treatment or specialist attention is available.</li><li>Coordinate with external healthcare services (e.g., ambulance, hospital) when residents require off-site medical attention</li></ul>Medical Documentation:<ul><li>Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of residents, including treatment plans, progress notes, and medication charts.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation of all incidents, medical interventions, and resident health status for compliance with healthcare regulations.</li></ul>Collaboration with Healthcare Teams:<ul><li>Work closely with nurses, therapists, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive care for residents.</li><li>Communicate regularly with the Chief Medical Officer and consulting physicians regarding residents' health and treatment plans.</li><li>Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to review and update resident care plans</li></ul>Routine Medical Procedures:<ul><li>Perform routine procedures such as wound care, IV insertions, catheterization, and blood sampling as required.</li><li>Ensure regular monitoring of residents with chronic conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, and respiratory disorders.</li><li>Oversee the administration of treatments like oxygen therapy, nebulization, or intravenous medications</li></ul>Liaison with Families:<ul><li>Communicate with residents' families regarding their loved ones' health, treatment, and any significant changes in their medical status.</li><li>Address concerns and provide clarity on medical issues, ensuring families are informed and involved in the care process.</li></ul>Support in Palliative and End-of-Life Care:<ul><li>Assist in providing palliative care and support for residents nearing the end of life.</li><li>Ensure comfort measures are in place, and work with families on end-of-life decisions, respecting the dignity and wishes of the resident.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;45,000.00 - &#8377;71,553.24 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Doctorate (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
