Duty Medical Officer

QUALIFICATION:

· Bachelor’s degree in medicine (MBBS)

· Post graduate degree in one of the clinical specializations.

· Valid and active license by medical board to practice medicine.

EXPERIENCE:

· 2+ years of experience in Hospital.

SKILLS:

· Ability to ensure the highest standards in resident care and compliance with healthcare regulations.

· Ability to keep abreast of advancements in the field of specialization.

ROLES:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Handle all the clinical and medical related support to the residents and discuss with their family members.

· Handle the medical services at unit level of long term care facilities.

· Visit the facility in case of any emergency when the doctor visit is critically required

· Visit and consult the new residents within 24 hours of their admission in the facility to plan their clinical requirements

· Complete client file documentation timely and participate in monthly review meetings.

· Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, quality and safety standards.

· Reporting to senior management, as well as liaising between administrative and medical staff.

· Co-ordinate with the respective hospital, doctor and the patients related to clinical and medical issues if required.

· Identify the medical issues of the residents and support the team to refer the specialities, doctors, and hospitals

· Support the clinical team to get the treatment plan for any medical issues of the residents.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
