We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Regional Nurse Consultant to support clinical operations across our skilled nursing facilities. This is a key leadership role focused on driving clinical excellence, supporting compliance, and guiding nursing teams to deliver the highest standard of care.

Position: Regional Nurse Consultant
Job Type: Full-Time | Travel Required

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical oversight, guidance, and support to nursing leadership at assigned facilities

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, company policies, and clinical standards

• Conduct audits, training, and mock surveys to support survey readiness and quality improvement

• Collaborate with facility leadership to develop and implement care plans, systems, and interventions

• Mentor and train Directors of Nursing and clinical staff to promote strong clinical outcomes

• Identify and address opportunities for improvement in infection control, documentation, staffing, and resident care

Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license in the state of Ohio

• Experience in a nursing leadership role (DON or above); multi-site or regional experience strongly preferred

• Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and clinical practices

• Ability to travel between facilities regularly

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
