Keep a record update from COM for timely Opening & closing of premises.

 Branch wise ROI

 Review process as per daily COM/AOM Report

 If any callout you are required to resolve it at bottom level and update the same to

Management & HR.

 Check & Follow up taking for KPI Performance till day end and performance planning

is rebuild.

 Preplan for next day Operation Working to be received from COM and it needs to be

checked for implementation.

 Reporting at your assigned location by 9AM with 15 Min extended time, if travelling or

late reporting then would be accepted but on knowledge of your senior management &

HR.

 Overall Business Growth should be Planned and Reported to Awadh & Amazon

Management by you.

 Timely Report knowledge from Cluster Operations Managers

 Loss recovery planning with SLP team.

 Data Compilation ask with COM/SRAOM/AOM/SLP for bottom level review.

 Loss revert follow-up to be taken and closed with SLP Team

 Scorecard Performance Planning

 Behavior should to be Soft Spoken & Professional. Office Decorum to be maintained

 Immediate response acceleration to CRM & CTL level.
