Job Description:

Operational Management

• Manage and supervise daily operations of all hospitals/clinics under the region.
• Ensure adherence to NABH standards, SOPs, safety norms, and statutory regulations.
• Monitor patient flow, bed occupancy, service quality, and operational efficiency.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

Field Coordination & Outreach Activities (New Section Added)

• Coordinate and conduct doctor visits to build strong relationships and improve referrals.
• Monitor and support VHN (Village Health Nurse) visits to enhance community outreach.
• Plan, organize, and supervise health camps and community medical activities.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and follow-up for all outreach programs.

Financial & Business Performance

• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost control across all regional units.
• Review budgets, financial KPIs, and operational expenses regularly.
• Identify opportunities for new services, partnerships, or patient engagement initiatives.

Patient Care & Quality Assurance

• Ensure high patient satisfaction and address escalated patient concerns.
• Conduct periodic audits of clinical and non-clinical departments.
• Collaborate with medical and nursing teams to uphold clinical quality.

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, guide, and evaluate Hospital Administrators, Center Managers, and regional staff.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and workforce planning.
• Conduct performance reviews and maintain alignment with organizational goals.

Coordination & Reporting

• Work closely with corporate leadership for implementing strategic plans.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly operational and financial reports.
• Coordinate with HR, finance, quality, medical, and marketing teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
